The Texty app (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") values the personal information of its users and strives to protect it in accordance with relevant laws. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") explains what information is collected during the use of the Service and how that information is processed. 2. Personal Information We Collect

The Company may collect the following minimal information to provide the Service:

• Device Information: App version, OS version, device model name, unique device identifiers (e.g., UUID).
• Advertising Identifier (ADID/IDFA): May be collected to provide personalized advertising and analyze ad performance. Users can reset their advertising identifier or limit ad tracking through their device settings.
• Service Usage Records: Information such as access time, error logs, and usage patterns for service quality improvement and error analysis.
• Photo Information (Optional Access Permission): If the user grants permission to access the device's photo album to use the photo editing feature, the Company may access that photo information. This information is used temporarily solely for the purpose of providing the photo editing function and is not stored on the server. Users can change photo access permissions at any time in their device settings.

The Company does not separately collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, contact information, etc.).

3. Purpose of Using Personal Information

The Company processes users' information for the following purposes:

• Service Provision and Maintenance: To provide core functions of the Service, such as photo editing, and to maintain normal service operations.
• Personalized Advertising: Advertising identifiers may be used to deliver ads tailored to the user's interests through advertising partners like Google AdMob.
• Customer Support and Inquiries: To handle user inquiries, deliver important notices, and facilitate smooth communication (if necessary).
• Service Quality Improvement: To analyze collected information (e.g., error logs, usage patterns) and enhance app performance, thereby identifying areas for user convenience improvements.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

As a general rule, the Company does not disclose users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:

• Advertising Partners: Advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA) may be shared with advertising partners like Google AdMob for personalized advertising and performance measurement.
• When it is required by law (e.g., at the request of investigative authorities)
• When third-party technical support is unavoidably required for Service operations (in such cases, the Company will enter into a confidentiality agreement with the relevant party and share information only to the extent necessary)

5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company, in principle, promptly destroys personal information once the purpose of collection and use is fulfilled. However, if retention is mandated by law for a certain period, or if de-identified statistical information is retained for service analysis and improvement purposes, the information will be kept for the specified period.

When the user deletes the app, information stored on the device and user-related records held by the Company (excluding non-identifiable log data, etc.) are destroyed.

6. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

Users may inquire about matters related to the processing of their personal information at any time.

• Control Over Advertising Identifier: Users can reset their advertising identifier or opt out of personalized advertising through their device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking / Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
• Control Over Photo Access Permission: Users can allow or deny photo access permission at any time through their device settings. Denying permission may limit the use of related features.
