이 약관은 Lifebuddy("우리")가 제공하는 Aimfully(한국어 스토어명: 딱집중, 이전 이름: 모노로그) iOS·Android 앱과 관련 서비스의 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 사용하거나 프리미엄을 구독하면 이 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱 사용을 중단해 주세요.
Aimfully는 집중·휴식 시간과 카테고리, 의도, 회고를 기록하는 개인용 도구입니다. 기록은 기기에 저장되며, Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인한 경우 선택적 서버 백업과 복원이 제공됩니다. 중요한 기록은 내보내기로 별도 보관할 책임이 사용자에게 있습니다.
로그인은 서버 백업과 프리미엄 구독에만 필요합니다. 사용자는 본인이 사용할 수 있는 Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인해야 합니다. 서비스를 방해하거나, 비정상적인 방법으로 접근하거나, 법령을 위반하는 용도로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
구독은 기기의 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독 관리에서 변경·해지할 수 있습니다. 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 프리미엄을 사용할 수 있습니다. 구매 복원은 구매한 스토어 계정과 Aimfully 로그인 계정을 확인한 뒤 앱의 '구매 복원'을 이용해 주세요.
결제 취소와 환불은 구매한 스토어의 정책과 해당 법령에 따라 App Store 또는 Google Play에 요청해야 합니다. 우리는 스토어 결제를 직접 취소하거나 환불할 수 없습니다.
사용자가 입력한 기록의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 우리는 서버 백업을 복원 기능 제공 외의 목적으로 읽거나 이용하지 않습니다. 계정을 삭제하면 서버 백업과 계정 정보가 삭제되지만, 기기의 로컬 기록과 스토어 구독은 별도로 관리됩니다. 계정 삭제만으로 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독이 해지되지는 않습니다.
우리는 서비스를 안정적으로 제공하기 위해 노력하지만, 모든 환경에서 중단 없는 동작이나 기록의 영구적 보존을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 일부를 종료할 수 있습니다. 중요한 기록은 정기적으로 내보내기하는 것을 권장합니다.
이 약관이 변경되면 최종 수정일을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 안내합니다. 약관이나 구독에 관한 문의는 lifebuddy90@gmail.com으로 보내주세요.

These Terms apply to the Aimfully iOS and Android apps (localized as 딱집중 in the Korean stores and formerly named monolog) and related services provided by Lifebuddy ("we", "us"). By using the app or subscribing to Premium, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Aimfully is a personal tool for recording focus and break time, categories, intentions, and reflections. Records are stored on your device. Optional server backup and restore are available when you sign in with an Apple or Google account. You are responsible for exporting and separately keeping any records that are important to you.
Sign-in is required only for server backup and Premium subscriptions. You must use an Apple or Google account that you are authorized to use. You may not interfere with the Service, access it through abnormal means, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You can change or cancel a subscription in App Store or Google Play subscription management. After cancellation, Premium remains available until the end of the period already paid for. To restore a purchase, confirm the store account used for the purchase and your Aimfully sign-in account, then use Restore Purchases in the app.
Cancellation of a charge and refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made, under that store's policies and applicable law. We cannot directly cancel or refund a store transaction.
You retain the rights to the records you enter. We do not read or use server backups for purposes other than providing restore. Deleting your account deletes its server backup and account data, but records stored locally and store subscriptions are managed separately. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
We work to provide the Service reliably, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation in every environment or permanent preservation of records. To the extent permitted by law, we may change or discontinue parts of the Service. We recommend exporting important records regularly.
If these Terms change, we will update the Last Updated date and provide a more prominent notice for material changes through the app or this page. Questions about these Terms or subscriptions can be sent to lifebuddy90@gmail.com.
